Chef Martin has a deep love for seafood and says that today’s lifestyle demands conscious eating and that fish is generally a healthier protein choice. It is lower in saturated fat, total fat and calories - in comparison to an equal portion of meat or poultry. He is a passionate supporter of SASSI and looks forward to answering any seafood related questions.
