Chef Arora’s journey to Culinary Management Consultant has been an extensive and rewarding one. He has over 30 years of experience in the culinary profession, is currently the Honorary President of the South Indian Culinary Association, Member of Chefs Table Saudi Arabia, Executive committee member IFCA, Honorary member of Mauritius chef’s Association and proud member of WACS.
His humble beginnings with Oberoi Mumbai, set the foundation for a career in food, leading him to helm the kitchens of some of the best hotels including Regent, Meredien, Hilton, Sheraton, Ramada, Accor Hotels and Raintree. He had completed kitchen facility planning as Consultant Chef with Park Hyatt, Chennai, Westin Chennai, Raintree hotels, Novotel, Grand Mercure and Club Mahindra resorts to name few.
