He has judged Culinary Competitions in 35 countries, was the Organiser of the MLA Black Box Culinary Competition (100 events) and Head Judge for the USDA Tastes of America Competition in Asia (5 countries).
Presently he is the Project Director Hotel Asia Exhibition and International Culinary Challenge in the Maldives, Chairman Organising Committee Seoul Food & Hotel Culinary Challenge and Event Coordinator Bocuse d’Or Sri Lanka
He is Vice-Chairman of the Worldchefs Historical Committee.
